BerryBill End User License Agreement

1.Licence

Interpretationsoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on one device for each valid activation key you hold. The App is licensed, not sold. Interpretationsoft retains all right, title and interest in the App, including its software, design, logos, trademarks and name.

2.Activation Keys

• Trial Key: permits use of the App for 24 hours from the moment the key is activated.
• Lifetime Key: permits use of the App on one device without a time limit, subject to this Agreement.
• Each key is bound to the first device on which it is activated and cannot be used on any other device. A key may be moved to a new device only with the approval of Interpretationsoft.
• Activation requires an internet connection. The App may verify your key online from time to time.
• You must not share, sell, publish or otherwise distribute activation keys.

3.Restrictions

You must not:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where the law allows it;
• remove or alter any notice, name, logo or the "Powered by Interpretationsoft" attribution;
• resell, rent, lease, sublicense or share the App or its activation keys;
• attempt to bypass the activation system or the limits of a trial.

4.Your Data

Your business data, including products, stock, customers, bills, settings and logo, is stored only on your device. Interpretationsoft does not access or collect it.

You are responsible for backing up your data using the Backup and restore feature. If you uninstall the App, reset or lose your device without a backup, your data is lost and cannot be recovered by us.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including prices, stock levels and customer balances.

5.Information We Keep

To operate activation, we keep your activation key, a coded device identifier (not your name or phone number) and the time of activation. This information is stored with Google Firebase and is used only to verify and manage licences. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

6.Business and Tax Responsibility

The App assists you in preparing bills and keeping records. It is not accounting, tax or legal software. You remain responsible for your own accounting, tax and legal obligations, and for checking bills and reports before relying on them.

7.Printers and Devices

Interpretationsoft does not guarantee that the App works with every printer, phone or Android version. Printing, Bluetooth and PDF features depend on your hardware and software.

8.Updates and Support

We may release updates that change, add or remove features. Interpretationsoft is not obliged to provide updates or support for any particular period.

9.Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interpretationsoft is not liable for any loss of sales, profits or data, or for any indirect or consequential damage, arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your activation key.

11.Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. Interpretationsoft may disable an activation key, without refund, if you breach this Agreement or misuse the App. Upon termination you must stop using the App.

12.Payments and Refunds

All payments made for the App and its activation keys are final and non-refundable.

13.Changes to this Agreement

Interpretationsoft may update this Agreement. The updated version will be shown in the App, and continued use of the App means you accept it.
